In early 2010 we redesigned the Shomera website. The design of this website speaks for itself and we enhanced the user experience by adding several blog posts in the form of "Our Stories" to take the reader through the entire process of extending their home. We also conducted Search Engine Optimisation for the site, which has resulted in a doubling of the number of hits the website is receiving.

Royal College of Surgeons: Histology Invoicing System

Technology: PHP / AJAX / MySQL

Fully web-based system to manage histology invoicing between the Blackrock Clinic / Beaumont Hospital / Hermitage Clinic. Taking data feeds from the in-house systems, it allows the finance team instant access to the data they require to quickly generate a large amount of invoices. Invoice tracking and managing is also provided so that all payments are tracked. Generic searches in the system allow the users extract information for reporting purposes. It has been created using MySQL database together with PHP script language with wide usage of classes written and owned by CodeColony.

DHL: "Pick-Up / Drop-Off" System

DHL have recently been creating a network of depots throughout Ireland and the UK. They required a system which would allow people in these depots record the arrival and departure of packages easily. Now all they require is a laptop and a barcode-reader, and they can fully begin depot operations. The system also allows the depot users to send their customers a sms-message, or an email when their packages have arrived. A customer login section gives clients the ability to track their packages. Finally, the depot user can easily generate invoices to charge DHL for usage of their depot by clicking one button. This records the amount of traffic through their site, and sends a payment instruction directly to DHL. It has been created using MySQL database engine and PHP script language using advanced modules for managing e-mails, text messaging, image processing etc.

Skyco

Technology: Flash / HTML

Skyco needed a combination of an impressive website, with an easy to use content management system. They have included a large number of projects in the site, in high-detail, and also branched into multiple spin-off sites which we are currently developing. Easily customizable website made using Macromedia Flash technology providing nice and smooth transit effects between page elements.

Crystal Clean - Website, Customer Database and Search Engine Optimisation

We have updated the Crystal Clean website and built a Customer Database which forms the core of their e-mail and sms-message marketing campaign. We have integrated all aspects into this system, so that when a customer signs up for a loyalty-card on the website, they are entered into the database and from then on they can receive both e-mails and sms-messages related to special offers. The customer database is growing very strongly, and increasing in value with each person that has been entered into it. We have also provided Crystal Clean with a Search-Engine-Optimisation package, which is keeping them at the top positions in Google for the phrases "Car Valet" and "Car Valeting".

Pia Partners is a website purposed for offering the visitors investment oportunities in property market in the central Europe. It shows current, past and future project of the PIA Partners together with some plans of the appartmens.

Survey Customization Tool

Survey Customization Tool is web, OS independent system based on Drag&Drop in-browser windows. It is using qooxdoo framework and it's mostly developed using javascript technology providing client-site execution of the code and "local memory" database giving "no delay" experience for the users.

One Many Any

Technology: PHP / AJAX / QooxDoo

One Many Any is a web based system we have developed to for the Great Place To Work © organization based in San Francisco.

This company consists of a network of affiliates in 29 countries around the world, and One Many Any is the system they use to manage their "Best Companies" competition in each country.

We have used LAMP Stack and AJAX functionality throughout, and due to the huge amount of traffic on the site, both from affiliates and companies participating in the competitions we have used load-balanced web servers and clustered MySQL database servers.

4Front Energy & Environmental - Service Flow / Energy Flow

We've built two systems for 4FNRG, which manage business critical areas of their operations.

The Workflow system runs on Tablet PC's and allows their engineers download their tasks for each day before going out to the client site. Once the task has been completed, the customer digitally signs the worksheet. This informtion is finally uploaded back to the central server where all the work is tracked and invoiced.

We've also developed a Billing System which allows the guys in 4FNRG download their data from their hot water and electricity meters, and automaically generate invoices for customers. We've even included the ability to send Direct Debit information to the bank, so that these customers can be charged automatically.

We've been helping the guys over in Zignals with the development of their system. They are building an online investment tool that uses advanced Neural Network algorithms to back-test investment strategies, and to recommend new ones.

we've provided advanced drag and drop widget functionality for their main portal, and a fully functioning Blog and Forums module.

Advance Network Solutions

We've implemented the website for ANS - Advanced Network Solutions.

They required a ticketing and workflow system, so we built a system which allows their clients to log onto the website in order to request a service call.
