Over the years we have used a lot of software development methodologies – we have seen them come and go. We know where their strengths and weaknesses are – and so we we employ a hybrid model between the best of the Waterfall and Agile software development methodologies.
We believe that no project should be started without some serious Systems Analysis up-front, regardless of how little the project may be. This is the waterfall piece – providing us with the invaluable in-depth knowledge about the project that is going to be built. Then we are happy to use a more Agile / Scrum approach when it comes to actually building the system. The goal is that we largely avoid the most common pit-fall of Software Development – namely Scope Creep!
