Two systems for 4FNRG managing business-critical operations. The Workflow system runs on Tablet PCs allowing engineers to download daily tasks, complete work at client sites, and collect digital signatures before uploading back to the central server for tracking and invoicing. The Billing System downloads data from hot water and electricity meters to automatically generate invoices, including Direct Debit instructions to banks for automatic customer charging.
