Nonstop Host is a fully responsive property management and booking calendar system for short-term rental operators. It pulls bookings from AirBnB and Booking.com, manages the cleaning and turnover schedule, and gives the host a single, calm view of what is happening today, this week, and this month.

The Calendar

The calendar is the heart of the system. Every apartment, every check-in and check-out, laid out a month at a time so the whole operation is readable at a glance.

Each day lists its movements in and out, colour-coded by apartment, with the assigned cleaner shown against the turnover. Special requirements travel with the booking (a cot, a high chair, an early or late arrival time), so nothing has to be remembered separately. The filters down the left side narrow the view to particular apartments or to check-ins only, which turns a busy month into whichever question you are actually asking.

TODO List

The TODO list is new, and it is the screen that answers "what needs sorting before the next guests arrive?" in one place. It shows the requirements coming up for new check-ins alongside any issues waiting to be solved, and it gives the cleaners somewhere to log extra supplies they need, a single screen for every important TODO item.

It splits into Supplies & Issues (anything raised against an apartment, from a missing ironing board to a deep clean needed) and Extras Due, the requirements attached to bookings arriving in the next few days, with the window adjustable so you can look one day or one week ahead.

Completing an item takes one click: the button turns green and the item drops off the list. Very easy, very simple. Never miss a tricky request, or an early check-in.

Fully Responsive

Property managers work on the move, between properties, at the door of an arriving guest, on a phone in the car. Nonstop Host is designed mobile-first, so every screen works on a phone as well as it does on a desktop.
