• Organise — learns the structure of your existing folder hierarchy and files every new item into the right place automatically.
• Find — surfaces information by context, not just by filename. The same client's emails, contracts, and related attachments are linked together as a single thread.
• Know — builds a picture of what your business knows over time. Decisions, conversations, and supporting documents stay connected.

How It Works

Sensifile is built on two complementary engines:

• Bayesian classification handles the bulk of the work — fast, deterministic, and well-understood pattern matching. This is what makes the system efficient and predictable.
• A.I.-powered refinement takes over when the Bayesian engine encounters something ambiguous or unfamiliar. The system knows when to escalate to a more capable model rather than guessing.

This hybrid approach combines the reliability of statistical methods with the judgement of modern A.I. — without the cost of running every decision through an L.L.M.

What It Connects To

The first release of Sensifile integrates with:

• Email systems — reads inbound and outbound messages, plus attachments.
• Files & folder structure — reads the existing folder hierarchy to learn the organisation's filing logic, then writes classified documents into the correct location.

Additional integrations are planned across cloud storage, collaboration platforms, and document management systems.

The Thread View

Beyond filing, Sensifile builds a coherent thread view of every conversation, contract, project, or client — pulling together related emails, documents, and decisions into one searchable timeline. This is where the system moves from "automatic filing" to "automatic understanding".
